Are Your Products "All Natural?" TOP
The term all natural has become one of those phrases that mean different things to many people. Here's what we mean when we say all natural:

Comprised of ingredients found in nature.

Does not contain synthetic ingredients.

Contains no preservatives.

If fragranced, fragrance comes directly from an organic source, such as Peppermint Oil, Cinnamon Leaf Oil, or Monoi de Tahiti, and is not synthesized in a laboratory.

Contains no detergents or foaming agents.
In short, when we say all natural, we mean that they are from nature.
We don't consider all of our products all natural. Most of them contain synthetic fragrance oil. We are very upfront when it comes to our product ingredients, and we list them in each product's description. If a product meets our definition of all natural, we will state as such.
If you'd like assistance identifying products that contain no synthetic ingredients, we invite you to email us. We can direct you to the all natural products we currently sell, or we can discuss a possible custom product. What if I'm not happy with my product? TOP
We guarantee the quality of our products. Most of our handmade goodies are made fresh to order and all of our goods are packaged carefully to preserve the integrity of our product. If you believe you have recieved a product that is of poor quality, or if you were shipped a product in error, please return your items for either a replacement or a credit with Soap Sushi for the actual product price. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges. You may use your credit to purchase any item in the Soap Sushi store.
Please ship the item(s) you want to return within five days of reciept, unopened and complete with original packaging materials and inventory slips to:

If anything you purchase is damaged in transit, please retain all packing materials so we can submit a claim for the damage. Are your products tested on animals? TOP
Our products are NEVER tested on animals. We are extreme lovers of animals, be they hermit crabs (we have one!) or horses (unfortunately, we don't have one of these). We don`t need little animals to try our body care products. Why should they get to have all the fun?
Do you use animal by-products in your products? TOP
We realize that many people have certain ingredients they choose not to use due to an allergy or personal preference. Out of courtesy to those with special preferences, we list our ingredients and state whether or not, to the best of our knowledge, an item contains animal products (usually just goats milk, honey, or beeswax--we don`t use animal tallow in our soaps).
How much is shipping? TOP
Soap Sushi offers the flat shipping rate of $8.95 for Domestic US orders up to $75.00. Orders valued at $75.00 or more (before postage is added and after any discounts are applied) ship FREE.
We don't make a profit on our shipping; we charge only actual USPS Priority Mail rates. We utilize the Flat Rate USPS boxes, and we don't charge a handling fee. Your order arrives quickly and safely!

When will my order arrive? TOP
We keep almost every soap in stock and ready to ship out. The wonderful thing about handmade soap? It gets better with age!
Not so with handmade lotions, scrubs, and other handmade goodies. We do use a gentle preservative in any products that contain water or will be exposed to water (such as lotions and scrubs). However, our products do not have the shelf life of drugstore brands because they are made with more natural oils and botanicals. Taking this into consideration, we make your lotion, scrubs, body butters, and other non-soap products to order. What this means for you is that there could be a delay of 3-4 business days before we're able to ship your order out. The good news, however, is that your products will be the freshest possible!
If you have a special date in mind for a gift, or are under a time crunch, please let us know! Just leave us a note when you place your order and we'll make sure you meet the deadline!
Do you ship internationally? TOP
Yes, we do. We charge the actual USPS postage for International Shipments. Our shopping cart has severe limitations when it comes to figuring postage, so we have it set up to charge the Flat-Rate Priority rate. If you're purchasing one or two items, chances are really good that we will have a more economical rate. If you'd like a quote before you place your order, or would like for us to confirm your total before we charge your credit card, email us. We'll be happy to accommodate you!
